When ordering online at elizabethfloralart.com, the cost of delivering your flowers is set at £4.95 which covers the cost of delivering your gift to virtually anywhere in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

If the delivery location is out of our local delivery area the order will be relayed by computer link to another appropriate Interflora member in order to complete your order. If this is the case then the £4.95 you have been charged becomes Interflora deliveryTM , and covers all the transmission costs to this location.

If the delivery location is within our local delivery area then we will incorporate the £4.95 into the total product value.

2. Delivery dates and times

We can accept orders placed online for same day delivery both locally and to the rest of the UK and Ireland, but these orders must be created by 1pm of that day. It may be possible to order flowers for same day delivery after this time, but you would need to contact by telephone on 0800 019 10 11 to check whether this would be possible. Normally we can still do this by 2pm. Items for funerals cannot normally be ordered for same day delivery.

Deliveries are not normally undertaken on out of shop hours, Sundays and Bank holidays. We do have mechanisms in place to do this by prior arrangement but additional charges would be incurred for this. Such orders would have to be placed by telephone on 0800 019 10 11 as the charges do vary depending on exact date, area and requirements.

Timed deliveries are not guaranteed for orders placed online with the exception of funeral items but we would do our very best to cater for specific requirements such as morning or afternoon. Deliveries are completed by the end of the working day normally 5.30pm. If we have problems relating to delivery coverage of certain areas of the UK & Ireland, we will contact you as soon as we can preferably by telephone or email. Note that the parts of the UK where sometimes experience coverage problems is normally rural areas, specifically of Scotland, Ireland and Wales. There is virtual total coverage for all of England.

3. Priority delivery service

We have a priority delivery service by which we can guarantee delivery times as follows-

• For orders placed for future delivery ( ie not same day ) we can guarantee delivery either before 1pm or after 1pm for that day for an additional £3.25 virtually anywhere in the UK & Ireland, including out local delivery area.
• For orders placed for same day we can deliver your item within 3 hours of your order being placed to local delivery locations across the UK & Ireland. This normally excludes rural locations and is generally limited to major towns and cities. The cost for this service is an additional £5.75.

Priority delivery service does not apply during Florists three busy periods of Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Christmas.

4. Delivery Procedures

In the event that no one is present at the delivery address there are two standard procedures for dealing with this:

• A delivery card is left by the driver asking the recipient(s) to contact the shop and arrange delivery for a more convenient delivery time/date.
• The order is left with a neighbour or in a secure discreet place and a card is left at the delivery address explaining where the order has been left.

5. International orders

As members of Interflora we are also able to send flowers to over 140 different countries throughout the world. This service is not available online at elizabethfloralart.com and such orders must be placed by telephone. The cost of sending flowers overseas depends on the prices applicable to that country at the time but all orders overseas are subject to an Interflora Retrans charge of £6.99. For detailed information on coverage and exact prices please call us on 0800 019 10 11. Note that day of delivery is affected by international time differences. For example same day delivery to the USA is normally possible for orders places on that day up to 5pm BST but same day orders to the Far East and Pacific regions is not normally possible for the same day.
